Yea, so I may come off sounding a little biased, but I believe that biofeedback treatment for stress-management is one of the better ways of dealing with this wide-spread and serious health issue. If you can’t afford biofeedback training, just read a few books on how to enter a state of deep relaxation. It’s harder than you think, and more important than you can imagine!
